Jade Barget is a curator and cultural worker based between London and Paris with specific interests in moving image cultures and performance practices. Her research centers on the sensuous exchange between viewer and film, embodied spectatorship and affect. Jade has written for a number of publications including AQNB, diaCRITICS Los Angeles Review of Books, Unseen and Untitled-Folder. She graduated from the Curating Contemporary Art department at the Royal College of Art, London (Hons) and was awarded the Bureau des arts plastiques de l’Institut français and the French Ministry of Culture 2020 JEUNES COMMISSAIRES (Young Curators) research bursary.
